A deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due as per the payment plan outlined in your invoice.
Payment can be made securely online via our website using Stripe or bank transfer, where applicable.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking within 48 hours of payment for a full, no-questions-asked refund.
After 48 hours, cancellation fees may apply. Specific cancellation terms will be provided in your booking confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to insufficient numbers, unsafe surf conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Travel Insurance

All guests are required to have comprehensive travel insurance that covers surfing, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, theft, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be requested before the trip commences.

5. Health & Safety

You acknowledge that surfing and related outdoor activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your safety and wellbeing. South Africa Surf Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident that may occur during your trip.

6. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to modify trip itineraries due to surf conditions, weather, road closures, or other logistical issues. Any changes will be made with your safety and experience in mind.

7. Conduct

We expect all guests to conduct themselves respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant who causes disruption or acts inappropriately, without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including logos, images, videos, and written content, is the property of South Africa Surf Tours and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
